People who are resilient work smarter, and can negotiate the inevitable changes that are the one certainty of life.  People who know what teamwork really means can turn good teams into great ones.

Psychology, psychometrics and neuroscience have been combined to
develop The Challenge of Change Suite of Integrated Services designed to bring about positive influence in individuals, teams and culture.

Our training, assessment and development services are based on a combination of unique approaches to resilience and teamwork training. Augmented by individual talent management strategies, the integrated set of services are designed to bring about positive changes in individuals, teams and culture. There is also a range of validated diagnostic and measurement tools which can be implemented to ensure the effectiveness of the interventions.

The Challenge of Change Resilience Training Programme is our core service, but exclusively to the NZ market we now offer The Challenge of Change Dream Team Training ProgrammeThe two core training programmes can be combined into a particularly powerful training programme, which can be extended to include intensive Challenge of Change Talent Management for individual managers or team members. All modules are based on extensive experience in applied psychology.

    Food for Thought Sessions
If you would like to explore implementing the CoC Resilience Training programme in your organisation, we can provide short taster sessions entitled ‘Food for Thought’, which typically range between one and two hours. The Food for Thought Sessions provide a comprehensive overview of the key points in the training programme, and can be an invaluable guide to choosing the best route to implement the programme in your organisation.

    HRINZ Professional Development Sessions
Our ongoing relationship with the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand continues to mutual benefit and we are delighted to offer the CoC Resilience Training in the context of the HRINZ PD Programme. Led exclusively by Dr Roger, these enable both HRINZ members and non-members the opportunity to test-drive the CoC Resilience Training prior to implementing in their own organisation.
