The Challenge of Change has been implemented in a wide range of public and private sector companies both in the UK and NZ. Here in NZ adoption is gathering momentum amongst leading organisations including Meridian Energy, The Warehouse, Provenco, Hort Research, AgResearch, Auckland Regional Council and the Department of Internal Affairs.

The Auckland Regional Council (ARC) manages the region’s air and water quality, its growth and development, regional parks, public transport, the coastal and marine environment, and natural and cultural heritage sites. After a pilot programme mid 2009 ARC rolled out The Challenge of Change programme to employees to assist and support them to develop resilience, readying the organisation for its amalgamation into the Auckland ’super city’.
