“. . . More than one participant has said that The Challenge of Change should be compulsory . . .”
Christchurch City Council has been running The Challenge of Change since 2005 and a substantial number of staff have attended the two half day sessions.

“I like the fact that it is backed by valid research, justifying what they say. My Masters in Public Health was on Stress Management so I had a good grounding but I have to say I was impressed. The course provides the skills and strategies needed but approaches stress management in a balanced, positive way; empowering people to manage stress without being too pushy. More than one participant has said The Challenge of Change should be compulsory, everyone should do it.”
