The Challenge of Change Resilience Programmes

All programmes:

  • Explain the difference between pressure – which cannot be avoided, and stress – which can be avoided.
  • Introduce the 4 Steps to Resilience:
    • Wake Up
    • Control Attention
    • Detach
    • Let Go

The main differences between the courses are the opportunity to complete a research based questionnaire of the eight factors of personal resilience; the detail that is covered, the opportunity for practice in the programme, the chance for participants to work on their own examples; and follow up support to refresh the principles.

Leaders have the opportunity to test these questions out using a current change or pressure experience in their workplace. Read more...

  • Night Class. A programme about sleep
About one third of us suffer from the effects of a poor night’s sleep. This means that we make mistakes, are more accident prone, can’t think at our best and get snappy with others.
